Important Conditions - Please Read

NO date changes or refunds can be offered for:

  1. Cancellations within  4 Days  of Surf Lessons or Surf Courses or failure to attend your chosen day under any circumstance, including illness or injury (unless a current doctor's certificate is presented, in this case a lesson can be made up at another time subject to availability) No Exceptions made. 
  2. No refunds or date changes for cancellations within 7 Days of Surf Camps or Surf Day Trips 
  3. Failure to attend your chosen day; or
  4. If you have to leave early for any circumstance that may arise out of participating in any Surf Lesson, Day Trip or Surf Camp or for any other circumstance.
  5. Surf Courses are not transferable to anyone else under any circumstance.
  6. No refunds given for Surf Courses under any circumstance.
  7. Surf Courses, Surf Lessons, Gift Vouchers and Surf Trips are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can't be extended past the expiry date under any circumstance. 
  8. Once your lesson starts you will not be able to leave the beach untill all other participants lessons finish.
  9. We reserve the right to alter any itinerary due to adverse weather conditions.
